Since September 4, 2026, customers have been receiving order confirmation emails showing the shipping cost as \u201cFree!\u201d I\u2019m using a shipping plugin (I\u2019ve tried several &#8211; the issue is the same). In the settings &#8211; whether for the plugin or WooCommerce &#8211; there\u2019s nothing anywhere related to free shipping. The customer pays for shipping based on the carrier\u2019s rates. I can\u2019t set an average shipping cost because the shipping cost depends on weight and volume, and I have products ranging from 100 grams to 100 kilograms.
