It wasn&#8217;t working taking this old version RCP 2.9.6 to the newest version of KM 4.0.3. I set up everything on a staging site and did an incremental update with all the help of support. Thank you so much for sticking with me to figure out a way to migrate all the memberships to keep everything intact.
