{"id":19020185,"date":"2026-09-15T01:34:37","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T01:34:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/excellent-plugin-for-a-specific-workflow\/"},"modified":"2026-09-15T01:40:16","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T01:40:16","slug":"excellent-plugin-for-a-specific-workflow","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/excellent-plugin-for-a-specific-workflow\/","title":{"rendered":"Excellent plugin for a specific workflow"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m giving 4WP Drive 5 stars because, for my workflow, it is currently the only plugin I have found that does exactly what I need: importing an article together with its images while preserving the original image filenames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I use it actively, and overall I\u2019m very satisfied with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For future users, I would just like to mention two things I discovered during regular use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>New folders added to <code>incoming<\/code> do not always appear immediately. In my case, clearing the WordPress\/cache makes them visible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DOCX files containing tables may be parsed incorrectly in Preview. If this happens, removing the table before import solves the issue. After the article is imported, the table can be inserted back into Gutenberg manually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are not reasons for me to lower the rating. I\u2019m mentioning them simply so other users know what they may encounter and do not have to spend hours diagnosing the cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For my specific requirements, 4WP Drive is an extremely useful plugin, and I\u2019m happy to continue using it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These issues were encountered while using version 1.5.0.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-19020185","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19020185","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19020185\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":19020189,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19020185\/revisions\/19020189"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19020185"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
