I use it every day in my business to manage my appointments, especially for appointment reminders via text message. I recently encountered a technical issue with the sender ID when sending text messages; my company name was no longer displaying, but the support team\u2014especially Uro\u0161 and Nikola\u2014was incredibly professional and determined to resolve my issue. Everything was back to normal quickly.
