No purchases have been reported since that date even though real orders are coming through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I debugged this directly with Google Tag Assistant on a live order-confirmation page (a real order placed via the &#8220;Direct bank transfer&#8221; method, so no payment redirect was involved). Findings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The base Google tag (gtag.js, conversion ID AW-600823309) loads correctly site-wide, including on checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the actual order-received\/thank-you page, the Ads tag sends only a generic Page View hit \u2014 no purchase\/conversion event at all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The GA4 tag (G-N88PE814HG) sends no hits whatsoever on that same page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspecting the enqueued script from this plugin (<code>gla-gtag-events<\/code>, from <code>\/wp-content\/plugins\/google-listings-and-ads\/js\/build\/gtag-events.js<\/code>), the associated <code>glaGtagData<\/code> object shows <code>\"products\":[]<\/code> \u2014 empty \u2014 even though the order had multiple line items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve ruled out: browser caching\/consent-mode issues (consent mode shows &#8220;active&#8221; in Google Ads diagnostics), a script-unloading\/page-speed plugin blocking the file (checked directly \u2014 it&#8217;s not being unloaded site-wide, per-page, or in bulk), and account-connection problems (WordPress.com, Google, Merchant Center, and Ads all show &#8220;Connected&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Site details: WooCommerce 11.0.1, Google for WooCommerce 3.9.2 (bug present both before and after updating from whatever version was active on Aug 22), checkout is WooCommerce&#8217;s block-based checkout (not the legacy shortcode checkout).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Could you help confirm whether <code>gla-gtag-events<\/code> is expected to receive order\/product data on the order-received page for block-based checkout, and why that data might be arriving empty?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-19017274","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19017274","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19017274\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19017274"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
