Hi there,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My client’s “Filter by Attribute”<\/strong> filter in the shop sidebar has suddenly stopped working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve already been in contact with the theme developer, who investigated the issue and attempted several fixes. After reviewing everything, they have advised that the problem does not appear to be theme-related and recommended that I contact WooCommerce support for further assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a user selects an option within the filter, the page simply reloads and continues to display all products, rather than filtering the results based on the selected attribute. No filtering appears to be taking place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Could you please help investigate the cause of this issue and advise on how it can be resolved?
