{"id":19014802,"date":"2026-09-08T18:15:18","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T18:15:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/hidden-fields-not-updating\/"},"modified":"2026-09-08T18:15:18","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T18:15:18","slug":"hidden-fields-not-updating","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/hidden-fields-not-updating\/","title":{"rendered":"hidden fields not updating"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi I want to hide the address field for clients, wrote a thread earlier at <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/remove-fields-for-contacts\/\">https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/remove-fields-for-contacts\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve tried the solution suggested:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Jetpack CRM \u2192 CRM Settings \u2192 Client Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the &#8216;Fields to hide on Portal&#8217; section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entered &#8216;addresses&#8217; (field name as shown in the &#8216;field sort&#8217; page)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preview Portal<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But then the portal still shows the address. It also does not show the email and status even though I&#8217;ve removed those fields from the hide list so perhaps my client portal isn&#8217;t updating. Do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P.S.
