The domain now points to the <strong>new installation<\/strong>. Site Kit was still connected to the <strong>old installation<\/strong> when the DNS was changed. I subsequently used Tools \u2192 Available Tools \u2192 Reset Site Kit on the old installation, but the new installation still reports: \u201cThe request to the authentication proxy has failed with an error: a site with the given URL already exists.\u201d Please check and reset the domain\u2019s Site Kit record on the authentication service so that Site Kit can be connected from the new WordPress installation.
