When they try to login try they get this message: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VERIFICATION REQUIRED<\/strong>: Additional verification is required for login. If there is a valid account for the provided login credentials, please check the email address associated with it for a verification link to continue logging in.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No email at the associated account is ever received (and yes, we&#8217;ve checked junk mail, too). No two-factor authentication options are enabled in Login Security settings.
