{"id":19011399,"date":"2026-09-04T08:35:44","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T08:35:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/the-plugin-does-not-work-with-wmpl\/"},"modified":"2026-09-04T08:35:44","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T08:35:44","slug":"the-plugin-does-not-work-with-wmpl","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/the-plugin-does-not-work-with-wmpl\/","title":{"rendered":"The plugin does not work with WMPL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hello,<br \/>I\u2019ve currently installed the free version of the plugin, and so far I\u2019ve been very happy with it, but since I installed the WPML plugin I\u2019ve been having some problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My site is originally in English, and I\u2019ve added Italian via WPML, but since then, Italian users who purchase the licence aren\u2019t receiving their licence key!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The original product with the assigned keys has ID #378, and I\u2019ve noticed that a duplicate of the product (in Italian) has been created with ID #5050 (which obviously has no licence keys assigned).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve also edited the Italian product, setting the values to match the original:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sell Licences: Yes<br \/>Delivered quantity: 1<br \/>Licences source: Provide licences from stock<br \/>Max Activations Behaviour: Product Quantity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I assigned some keys to product #5050 and tried to assign a key to the user in Italian, but it isn\u2019t being assigned to them in the order they placed, because in their order the purchased product has ID #378 (the one in the original language!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve read that the PRO version of your plugin includes \u2018WPML Translation Plugin support\u2019.
