No tool or software is perfect from the very beginning, and Yatra is no exception. But for me, what really matters is how a developer responds when issues, bugs or suggestions come up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During my time using Yatra, I have reported several bugs and shared feedback about things that could be improved. The team has always responded quickly, taken my reports seriously and worked on solutions in a very timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What I particularly appreciate is that I no longer feel like I am simply using a finished product and reporting problems from the outside. There is a real sense of actively working together to improve the product, and that my feedback as an actual user is heard and valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yatra already provides the functionality I need for managing tours and bookings for Vista-Tours, and seeing the plugin continue to improve through this kind of communication gives me a lot of confidence in its future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For me, good software is not software that never has a bug. It is software with developers behind it who listen, react and continuously make it better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
