In both cases, support took the time to understand and investigate the problem properly. The issues were eventually identified and logged as bugs, and I was provided with working temporary solutions that allow me to continue development while waiting for permanent fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What I especially appreciate is the communication throughout the process.
