It was correctly applied to all system emails, contact form emails, woocommerce emails and booking ticket emails. I use a custom template file.<br \/><br \/>However, since end of June this year, (only) the ticket emails are not templated anymore. They now go out as text emails, and without your template. I have no idea why. My mail catcher plugin says they go out as html, but they don&#8217;t. Of course I looked at first at the booking plugin itself being the cause, but their code that executes email sending has not changed, they just use &#8220;wp_mail&#8221; like they did before. <br \/><br \/>What could cause this specific ticket emails not get templated anymore, while they still use wp_mail() to be send, and all the rest of the emails are still templated?
