{"id":19008039,"date":"2026-09-01T03:13:10","date_gmt":"2026-09-01T03:13:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/conditional-menu-missing-after-update\/"},"modified":"2026-09-01T03:13:10","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T03:13:10","slug":"conditional-menu-missing-after-update","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/conditional-menu-missing-after-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Conditional menu missing after update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Something has changed in the plugin recently that broke the settings I&#8217;ve had in place for a few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I previously had:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The active primary menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disable Menu + condition: Single CPT View<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secondary Menu + condition: Single CPT View<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m assuming this setup previously worked by hiding the active menu when the condition matched, while the Secondary Menu was shown under the same condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;ve fixed it by removing the Disable Menu option, which makes sense, but this isn&#8217;t how the configuration previously behaved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-19008039","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19008039","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19008039\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19008039"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
