In the Block Editor, under <strong>Styles \u2192 Border &amp; Shadow<\/strong>, I have set a <strong>2px border<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The border displays correctly <strong>inside the Block Editor<\/strong>, but when I view the published page on the front end using Spacious, the border does not appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To determine whether this was a Gutenberg issue or theme-specific issue, I tested the <strong>same page\/block setup with several other themes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The border displays correctly on the front end with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Twenty Twenty-Five<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hestia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kadence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ashe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sydney<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The border does <strong>not<\/strong> display with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Spacious<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OceanWP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So the border setting appears to be saved correctly by the Block Editor, but something about the front-end styling in Spacious seems to prevent it from being displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m specifically trying to use the <strong>native Gutenberg Border &amp; Shadow control<\/strong>, rather than adding a custom CSS border, because I am teaching beginners how to use the Block Editor and want the front-end result to match what they create using the editor controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is this a known issue with Spacious, or is there a theme setting or block-support setting that needs to be enabled for Gutenberg\u2019s native Columns border to display on the front end?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019d be happy to provide screenshots or any additional information needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-19005066","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19005066","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19005066\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19005066"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
