Since the latest update, all our orders with VAT suddenly where calculated VAT-free. We had tens of invoices generated wrong until we caught the error. Meaning that we had to manually correct each of the dozens of items line by line. This was one of the worst experiences we ever had with a production plugin for Woo. We still don’t know how to fix it. As it is right now, it is unusable. You will get orders in with VAT = 0 applied, although customers entered their correct VAT and should pay VAT. Until a few days ago all orders were generated correctly, invoices could be generated correctly. All gone after the update. Very, very annoyed customer here, as an error like that has serious fiscal repercussions.
I stay at 3 stars, because we used this plugin for a long time with only minor problems.
I’m not sure what happens, but plugin updates in general start to become more and more sloppy, with errors that truly imperil production sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
