The existing values were kept in the <code>menu_sort<\/code> and <code>term_order<\/code> columns respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When activating this plugin and enabling the sorting option for the post types, the existing <code>menu_sort<\/code> did not appear to be preserved.
