However, I noticed an inconsistency in the Varnish detection.Error Message<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please make sure that your server has Varnish Cache<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When It Occurs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The issue occurs when <strong>Cloudflare is active<\/strong> and I enter only:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>127.0.0.1<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plugin reports that Varnish is not detected. While same address without Port is accepted when CF proxy isn&#8217;t active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Current Workaround for Cloudflare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It works correctly when I manually append the default Varnish port:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>127.0.0.1:6081<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expected Behavior<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideally, the <strong>port should always be required<\/strong> for the Varnish server address, since the detection depends on the correct port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A better UX would be to <strong>prefill the port with the default Varnish port (<\/strong><code><strong>6081<\/strong><\/code><strong>)<\/strong> in case of Cloudflare\/Without Cloudflare, so the field initially contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>127.0.0.1:6081<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user could then change the port if their Varnish configuration uses a different one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This would also prevent the detection from failing simply because the port was omitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-19003269","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19003269","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/19003269\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=19003269"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
