For one of these clients, we import a JSON feed scheduled daily that pulls from a 3rd party service. With the recent v.10 upgrade, the geocoding was failing and not processing the locations. Contacted support and got the best help from Matthew Lau. I explained the issues and tests I ran, and Matthew came back with a fix on the first try.
