It took close to a week to get a straight answer, which is a long time when you&#8217;re running a live site with paying featured partners waiting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To their credit: they investigated properly instead of giving a quick non-answer, processed a full refund without any pushback, and passed my use case to their product team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you run one simple directory, this plugin will likely work fine for you. If you need multiple distinct directory types on a live production site, ask about this limitation before you buy \u2014 I wish I had.<br \/><br \/><strong>Initial review:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We purchased the Pricing Plans ($39) and Claim Listing ($29) extensions to run a directory where listings are free by default and any one listing can be individually upgraded to &#8220;Featured&#8221; for a flat fee \u2014 a documented use case. Neither extension supports it: a free listing has no upgrade path to a Pay-Per-Listing plan on the frontend, and a Pay-Per-Listing plan silently refuses to save as $0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We opened a support ticket describing both bugs precisely, with a temporary admin account for them to reproduce it directly. It took 6 days to get a reply, and the reply didn&#8217;t answer our questions \u2014 it pointed us to a core-plugin setting (a highlight badge) that we&#8217;d already tried and that doesn&#8217;t solve the actual problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a paid extension we expected either a clear &#8220;this isn&#8217;t supported&#8221; or a working fix \u2014 not a week of silence followed by a non-answer.
