{"id":18977533,"date":"2026-07-28T17:45:53","date_gmt":"2026-07-28T17:45:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/poor-usability-on-desktop-and-mobile\/"},"modified":"2026-07-28T17:47:44","modified_gmt":"2026-07-28T17:47:44","slug":"poor-usability-on-desktop-and-mobile","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/poor-usability-on-desktop-and-mobile\/","title":{"rendered":"Incorrect and contradictory media usage results"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plugin marked almost all images as \u201cIn Use,\u201d including many newly uploaded images that had never been added to any page, post, gallery, template, or Oxygen Builder element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, when opening the details of the same images, the plugin showed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>0 locations found<\/strong><br \/><strong>Not Used<\/strong><br \/><strong>This file was not found in any post, page, or meta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite this clear result, the images were still not included in the unused-media list and were counted as used in the main overview.
