We were using this plugin in the past successfully but currently we&#8217;re unable to load any survey fields to map to the Gravity Form fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re currently successfully able to authenticate the API user, and list all the surveys and groups within the Luminate account. But after a survey has been selected, no fields load and it shows a 403 error in the log. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I got in touch with Blackbaud support and they told me that Luminate\u2019s Survey API requires authentication from a real constituent ID rather than an API user. In the plugin settings I only see fields to authenticate an API user, so I&#8217;m not sure where to go from here and whether this is a Luminate issue, a plugin issue, or something else.
