I have checked my OpenAI account and it is far from reaching its limit (around $5 out of $120). I created a new API key in OpenAI to replace the previous in the Axia settings. No change. I have tried a number of setting changes on AXIA including changing OpenAI model to V5 from 5.2 but no change on the chatbot which responds to a query: thinking&#8230;&#8230;Communication Error within a few seconds. I read similar issue with Gemini and not sure how it was resolved. The AXIA diagnostics returns errors in about 5 processes.
