Today I put in all the settings to restore it but when I check on my phone the banner flashes shortly but then just shows a white box.  Normally would have popup at the top, but I changed to the bottom for now so you would be able to see but it doesn&#8217;t confuse visitors.  I&#8217;ve checked on both android\/iphone devices, both just show a large white empty container at the bottom of the site.
