{"id":18918649,"date":"2026-05-25T18:24:14","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T18:24:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/customer-export-broken\/"},"modified":"2026-05-25T18:24:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T18:24:14","slug":"customer-export-broken","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/customer-export-broken\/","title":{"rendered":"customer export broken?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi&#8211;I&#8217;m trying to export a CSV of customers from the Woo Commerce customers dashboard and when I click the &#8220;Download&#8221; button on the upper right I see a message saying that says &#8220;Your customers report will be emailed to you.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But nothing ever gets emailed. I triple checked our email logs and nothing is going out (email is working fine, other things like order notifications are going out just fine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kind of seems lie Customer export is broken. Any ideas on how to fix this? Have other users reported problems?
