I regret the hundreds of hours I wasted on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s how it goes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>You have to submit a support ticket for every single thing that doesn\u2019t work (and there are tons of them).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Their customer service is terrible\u2014they don\u2019t even seem to read your entire comment, so you have to follow up multiple times before they actually address your issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They tell you to \u201ctry it now,\u201d but it still doesn\u2019t work; they don\u2019t test it themselves, so it takes weeks to resolve the tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And when they fix it (if they fix it, because they just tell you it\u2019s done)\u2026 they break something else!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It seems like nothing they do makes it into the final version, and when you give them access to fix something, they update the plugin (without asking you first) and break all the &#8220;patches&#8221; implemented in the other tickets.
