I bought the pro version in December 2025, and the product keys have never worked. I enter them and I get an error: Dangit. Unknown error: missing_item_id.<br \/><br \/>Since December, I&#8217;ve emailed support, used their website chat, and even sent the developer a DM on X.com. No response whatsoever. Very frustrating and this plugin needs to be pulled from WordPress.
