After installing it on a fresh WordPress installation, several parts of the theme fail to work properly, and important components of the demo and theme functionality do not load correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What makes the situation worse is the <strong>lack of support<\/strong>. I attempted to find help and documentation to resolve the issues, but there is <strong>no responsive support available<\/strong> to assist with fixing these errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When purchasing a premium theme, customers expect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A stable and working product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable support when problems occur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unfortunately, this theme does not meet those expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At this point, I cannot recommend any of their theme due to the <strong>critical errors and absence of support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-18846758","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/18846758","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/18846758\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=18846758"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
