A question\/concern though.  Why you decided to put that large list of ASN&#8217;s in the block section. For non-US -centric users, it seems counterintuitive and actually doesn&#8217;t work for me. It blocks my Heztner hosting (24940) and can&#8217;t use proxy either (hoxx) to test as user from other countries.
