The rewards addon has not worked properly for around 6 months. WordPress tried to resolve but were unable to. They recommended I seek help from the app developer which I did several times. To date I have recieved absolutly zero response from their support people. Absoultely useless plugin. Expensive too as it began to fail immediately after I renewed for a year. Maybe when they see a 1 start review they may pull their finger out and actually offer some sort of after sales service.
