We&#8217;ve installed the free version Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce and were planning on buying the paid version so we began building some templates on a staging site and ran into an issue.<br \/><br \/>We\u2019re currently using the Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro plugin &#8211; which lists Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce as compatible and has a dedicated page about how to enable it. <br \/><br \/>We added the &#8220;woocommerce_email_before_order_table&#8221; web hook to the body of the new shipped\/completed template. In the resulting email the shipper\/tracking information is displaying normally with one exception.
