The support page shows <strong>unanswered requests for over a year<\/strong>, and attempts to contact support through the developer portal developer.doordash.com have also been ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users should be aware that setting up this plugin is a <strong>waste of time<\/strong> as it does not work.Key Functional Failures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>API Issues:<\/strong> The plugin&#8217;s API connection seems to be broken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location Saving Failure:<\/strong> Configuration details, such as attempting to add pickup locations, are <strong>not saving<\/strong> properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Checkout\/Fee Issues:<\/strong> The delivery fee setting is broken. Despite configuring it to populate a specific delivery fee, the checkout page <strong>always displays &#8220;free for dashboard.&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Request to Developers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any developers are reading this, please <strong>remove this plugin from the WordPress repository<\/strong>.
