The product did not perform as advertised for my needs, and when I reached out for a refund well within a reasonable timeframe, they flatly refused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s one thing to have a strict policy; it\u2019s another to ignore legitimate customer concerns and offer no flexibility or goodwill.
