The website works perfectly on desktop (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and also on Android devices. However, <strong>on iOS (iPhone\/iPad)<\/strong> \u2014 including <strong>Safari, Chrome, and Firefox<\/strong> \u2014 the following issues occur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>header loads<\/strong>, but the <strong>mobile menu is not clickable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scrolling is frozen<\/strong> or very choppy \u2014 the screen becomes <strong>blank\/white<\/strong> after a small scroll<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The entire site becomes <strong>unusable on iOS<\/strong> devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;ve tried the following steps without success:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Disabled all <strong>Elementor Experiments<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regenerated CSS via <strong>Elementor &gt; Tools<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleared all cache (browser, plugin, server-side, and CDN)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tried adding the suggested CSS fixes like: cssM\u00e1sol\u00e1sSzerkeszt\u00e9s<code>.site-content-wrapper { overflow-y: hidden; } .x-root { overflow: hidden; }<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disabled performance plugins (like Breeze) and even disabled the CDN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verified everything is updated (Elementor core, theme, WordPress)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tested on multiple devices (iPhone 12, iPhone 14 Pro, Safari\/Chrome\/Firefox)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We believe this might be related to <strong>DOM structure, z-index, or CSS overflow issues<\/strong> specific to Safari\/iOS, but we can&#8217;t isolate the exact cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Could you please advise what may cause Elementor to behave this way on iOS?<br \/>Any help or debug guidance would be greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you so much in advance!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-18512252","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/18512252","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/18512252\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=18512252"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
