Our dev team has been looking into it, but we still can&#8217;t figure out why this error is occurring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The issue we are facing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whenever I change the permalink structure to anything other than &#8220;Plain&#8221; (e.g., <code>https:\/\/site.com\/blog\/?p=123<\/code>), we see an error message on the live post pages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;The requested URL was not found on this server,&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This happens even though the permalink settings page says <strong>&#8220;saved successfully&#8221;<\/strong> after the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re not sure why the post URLs aren\u2019t loading properly after switching the permalink structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What We&#8217;ve Tried<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tried and failed: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>deactivating all our plugins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changing the permission levels of our .htaccess file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve tried various ways to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows potential causes and solutions, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you in advance for your help!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-18258219","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry","topic-tag-permalink"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/18258219","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/18258219\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":18261110,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/18258219\/revisions\/18261110"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=18258219"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
