Initially, I had some issues with receiving responses from them, which led me to believe that they were either lazy or didn&#8217;t care about their customers. But, as it turned out, it was just an email reception problem on my end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To my surprise, the CozyThemes team proactively reached out to me via Gmail, and we were able to communicate effectively. I provided them with a temporary account to investigate the issue and within a short period of time, they resolved the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was also impressed with how quickly they responded to my bug reports. They investigated the issues promptly and released a new version with the necessary fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of support I received from CozyThemes. Their team is responsive, proactive, and dedicated to resolving issues quickly.
