We\u2019ve encountered an ongoing issue with our checkout process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When a customer fails to input their phone number, the system correctly prompts with a \u201cphone number required\u201d message. However, upon entering a phone number afterward, an unexpected \u201cnot allowed\u201d message appears beneath the initial prompt. This issue disrupts the checkout flow, as it neither returns to the top of the page nor allows for successful completion until the page is manually refreshed. Subsequently, customers may experience difficulty completing their purchase, particularly older individuals. Any idea what the issue might be? I am assuming it might have to do with this plugin as I have turned off other plugins to check if they are intervening. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
