Unfortunately almost 2 out of 3 payments don&#8217;t get directed to the payment provider. The customer instead just gets sent to a confirmation page and we receive a message that an order has failed. This really hurts our reputation and we had several tests done from our side: This happens when the customer wants to pay and the plug-in fails.
