The bottom line of the page goes to the top and there is a Loading sign surrounding by a circle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To get rid of, I clear out all the cache, then after a while, it comes back. I have tried various types of cache plugins and with and without cloudflare. Seems to happen less often when stopbots deactivated. Cant guarantee.
