{"id":17454756,"date":"2024-02-27T00:04:02","date_gmt":"2024-02-27T00:04:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/bug-on-cannot-100-upload-the-meda-files-and-how-to-fix-the-bugs\/"},"modified":"2024-02-27T00:04:02","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T00:04:02","slug":"bug-on-cannot-100-upload-the-meda-files-and-how-to-fix-the-bugs","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/bug-on-cannot-100-upload-the-meda-files-and-how-to-fix-the-bugs\/","title":{"rendered":"Bug on cannot 100% upload the Meda Files and how to fix the bugs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi , <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As raised out by commentor &#8220;synthezoid&#8221; , I faced the same problem that the Plugin can only successfully register some of the files selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having investigating different parameters (e.g. File Extension Type \/ Upload Folder \/ FTP File Permission) , and I <strong>found out that one of the reasons (i don&#8217;t know whether it has more than 1 reason or not) is that if the there is any &#8221; &#8221; (i.e. the &#8220;space&#8221;) or &#8220;-&#8221; inside the File Name , the File will be failed to register in wordpress.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I hope the author can fix the bug and it will be a good plugin again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before author fix the bug, i suggest you can avoid using &#8221; &#8221;  (spacde) and &#8220;-&#8221; inside the file name to avoid the bug. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-17454756","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/17454756","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/17454756\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=17454756"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
