We use the woocommerce-quotation plugin (https:\/\/woocommercequoteplugin.com\/requestforquote\/woocommerce-quotation-plugin\/) and have done for many years. When a user submits a quote, they always go into the “request” state, never anything else as we don’t accept payment on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This morning we received a “New order” email and the quote is in the “processing” state as if it has been paid for. I cannot replicate this having tried different browsers and devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case it is relevant we upgraded to 8.3.1 yesterday from 8.2.2. We have had quotes from other users since and they end up in the “request” state as normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What could cause an order to go into the “processing” state if we don’t have any way of placing an order on the site?
