Both of these have worked in the past. However, for some reason now when I create a site its not spawning the needed tables in the database and I&#8217;m getting the following &#8220;Error establishing a database connection&#8221; message. This seems quite odd considering a connection to the database seems to have been made when it updated the wp_user and wp_sites tables.
