I just installed Weaver Xtreme 6.3.0 on a server that is not my normal server for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I get this error showing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*** Weaver Xtreme File Access Error! ***&nbsp;&lt;small&gt;( But don&#8217;t panic! )&lt;\/small&gt;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Weaver Xtreme is unable to process a file access request. It is unusual to see this error. It is most commonly displayed after moving to a new host.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Possible issues:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You may have to change the directory permissions on your web hosting server to allow writing.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you have defined a custom directory structure (e.g., custom &#8220;UPLOADS&#8221; in wp_config.php), make sure they are correct.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you use an older host or self-host, you may need to set FTP credentials in wp_config.php.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Diagnostics:Directory not writable to save editor style file. You will have to check with your hosting company to have your installation fixed to allow directories to be created. Directory: \/export\/home4\/http\/.users\/a0\/00\/72\/a9\/therapyviaskype.com\/www\/wp-content\/uploads\/weaverx6-subthemes\/<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The path to the uploads directory is wrong, and I&#8217;ve confirmed that by using FTP to look at the directory structure. It should be therapyviaskype.com\/wp-content\/uploads<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have no idea why it is sticking the extra \/www level in the directory path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is nothing in the wp-config.php file that is putting the directory anywhere other than the default.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-16925994","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/16925994","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/16925994\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":16925998,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/16925994\/revisions\/16925998"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=16925994"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
