However, recently, the form has suddenly stopped appearing. <br \/><br \/>There is mainly a blank space where the form used to appear. All we see is two lines, for the left and right of the form and the &#8216;send&#8217; button.<br \/><br \/>We&#8217;ve checked in several different browsers.<br \/><br \/>We have checked the code of the page and the contact form tag is still correctly there:<br \/><br \/><code>[contact-form-7 id=\"52\" title=\"Contact form\"]<\/code><br \/><br \/>Even when I create a brand new webpage, only using this code, nothing appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We haven&#8217;t changed a single thing with the website in many months. <br \/><br \/>Can somebody please advise how we can get the contact form to start appearing again please?<br \/>Thank you very much.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-16300768","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/16300768","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topic\/16300768\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=16300768"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
