This simple plugin isn&#8217;t really intended to do that, but it&#8217;s very easy to use and friendly.  The plugin allows you to query a keyword, so I just added a unique keyword to my post, and specified that word in the plugin&#8217;s config, and set the number of posts to display to 1, simple!
