{"id":16033990,"date":"2022-09-22T10:12:54","date_gmt":"2022-09-22T10:12:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/?post_type=topic&#038;p=16033990"},"modified":"2022-09-22T10:23:30","modified_gmt":"2022-09-22T10:23:30","slug":"multiple-bugs-issues","status":"publish","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/topic\/multiple-bugs-issues\/","title":{"rendered":"Multiple Bugs \/ Issues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello,<\/p>\n<p>Please find below all the reasons why we still use v2.6.0 of this plugin &#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>File manager folders are in a random order, not alphabetical<\/li>\n<li>The directory names in the breadcrumb trail are uppercase which could be confusing as directory names are case sensitive<\/li>\n<li>The breadcrumb trail starts with \u201cHOME\u201d and should start with \u201cwp-content\u201d<\/li>\n<li>When clicking \u201cAdd files\u201d to upload a file, you can choose a file but nothing happens. Only dropping files onto the browser window works.<\/li>\n<li>When upload is complete, it says \u201cDone\u201d but the progress bar still animates which makes the user assume it\u2019s still uploading.<\/li>\n<li>When changes are detected in the text editor, the save button is hard to read as it has white text on a light background.<\/li>\n<li>Several times we have found changes are not saved<\/li>\n<li>Often the file interface gets stuck and folders won\u2019t open<\/li>\n<li>We get these PHP errors regularly on various different sites &#8230;\u2028<br \/>\ndefault.NOTICE: E_NOTICE: ob_flush(): failed to flush buffer. No buffer to flush {&#8220;code&#8221;:8,&#8221;message&#8221;:&#8221;ob_flush(): failed to flush buffer. No buffer to flush&#8221;,&#8221;file&#8221;:&#8221;\/wp-content\/plugins\/wpide\/App\/Controllers\/FileManager\/DownloadController.php&#8221;,&#8221;line&#8221;:103} []<br \/>\nEXCEPTION: Class &#8216;WPIDE\\App\\Utils\\Exception&#8217; not found in \/wp-content\/plugins\/wpide\/App\/Helpers\/PhpValidator.php on line 44<\/li>\n<li>There\u2019s a strange scrolling issue where items and sub-menu items (Users and Tools for example) further down the main Dashboard menu cannot be accessed because the browser bounces back to the top just as the mouse reaches the item.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve mentioned it before but traversing spaces as tabs with the arrow keys and backspace key no longer works which is extremely tiresome when editing old code<\/li>\n<li>Can we have an option to turn off auto closing of quotes and brackets?<\/li>\n<li>When you return to the editor after (for example) a plugin has been deleted. Rather than go up to a folder that does exist, the file manager returns to the folder that no longer exists and just says \u201cEmpty Folder\u201d which is not correct. Probably best not to remember where the user was because from experience you almost always aren\u2019t going to that location anymore. Much better to always start from \/wp-content\/<\/li>\n<li>debug.log won\u2019t always open.
