The header I made under elemenor pro is gone and the footer is totally gone as well. I also noticed this:<\/p>\n<p>W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove D:\\home\\site\\wwwroot\\wp-content\\advanced-cache.php.<br \/>\nW3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove D:\\home\\site\\wwwroot\\wp-content\\object-cache.php.<\/p>\n<p>I tried reuploading and reinstalling the w3 cache plugin manually but it says it&#8217;s already installed.
