First, I totally appreciate your plugin! Thank you! <\/p>\n
Next. Above, you can see the decline… and it simply the issue, from what I see, is a decimal in the amount paid. The settings do not allow the client to change the amount, so thinking it’s on our side. <\/p>\n
From 165.00 to 16500. I saw this on the processor decline side. <\/p>\n
It might happen again, as I just sent out invoices today, yet this is the only client who has had the issue yet. <\/p>\n
Again, given the client cannot change the amount, I think it might be on our side vs. the card side. <\/p>\n
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! <\/p>\n
