If i check the logs i can see that the url https:\/\/connect.woocommerce.com\/ppc\/v1\/notifications\/webhooks of the webhooks gets 404.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve connected to the paypal account, but after few attempts i&#8217;ve disable the gateway and trye to re enable it using manual connection.
