To stay closer to my clients, I decided to try the live chat option. I did a quick research on google and found that the software available today can do much more than just chatting with my website audience. It was a real surprise for me that software like Helpcrunch can offer everything I could think of to interact with my clients – chat, emails, popups, help center articles, mobile apps. Some of the platforms I’ve tried cost a pretty penny. Helpcrunch provides everything I need for a very good price. They have a lot of great reviews online and their support is very fast and pleasant.
